Our selection of clothing and accessories including (DENIM, T-SHIRTS, CAPS &  BANDANAS) are designed for CP Aus in Australia and constructed in China.


Q. What Fabrics Do You Use?

We source fabric of natural and manmade origin, for comfort and style.  Blends may be used for extended durability and flexibility. We believe you should feel comfortable, while being fashionable.


Q. Are Your Products Embroidered?

We use a blend of embroidery and screen printing for all of our artwork. We will be introducing new forms of decoration in the future, to keep our clothing and accessories fresh, innovative and always fashionable.

We use PayPal's safe & secure online shopping cart technology for all of our online transactions.

The orange 'Add to Cart' & 'View Cart' buttons found throughout our site are linked with PayPal's secure server.


Q. Is PayPal Secure?

PayPal is renowned world wide as the Safer, Simpler & Smarter way to buy online.

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a transaction receipt from PayPal.

eBay is one of many large companies that utilise PayPal as their trusted merchant provider.


Q. How Do I Make A Purchase?

Once you find the item you would like to purchase, choose your size (if required), then click the orange 'Add to Cart' button found to the right of the product.

That item will then be placed into your PayPal shopping basket, opening a separate window with your PayPal shopping cart details. eg. Item Name, Size, Quantity & Price.

You can add as many items as you like to your PayPal basket, by following the same above steps.

Once you are ready to finalise your purchase, click on anyone of the orange 'View Cart' buttons located throughout our website (top right and bottom left of every product page). Your PayPal shopping cart will open up with the items that you have selected to purchase.

To remove an item from your PayPal basket, simply click the 'Remove' link located next to the Quantity box. Click the 'Update' link to refresh the page.

To finalise your purchase, click the orange 'Check Out' button. You then have two payment options:

1. PayPal members can pay using their PayPal Account.

2. Non PayPal members can pay via debit card or credit card.

Simply select the option that best suits you & finalise your purchase.


Q. Do I Need A PayPal Account To Make A Purchase?

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.

Simply follow the above ordering process. Once you reach the 'Check Out' page, non PayPal members, simply select the 'Pay with a debit or credit card' option. You can then enter your credit card details from there.

PayPal members can login to their account to make their purchase.

Q. How Long Will My Item Take To Arrive?

As soon as your order is processed, your clothing and or accessory item will be professionally packaged and shipped to you.

Please note, international deliveries may be subject to random custom checks, which may delay your item for up to 3-6 months. This is beyond our control and we apologise for any delay if this should occur.


Q. What If I Want To Exchange One Or More Purchased Items?

Providing the item(s) are in original condition (UNWORN & UNWASHED), return the clothing and or accessories item(s) to us by post within 21 days of receipt to:

CP Aus - Returns.

Australia.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will have the exchange item(s) sent to you promptly.


Q. Who Has To Pay The Postage On Returned Item(s)?

On your first exchange, CP Aus will pay the postage on your replacement clothing and or accessories. You have to pay the return postage of the original item(s) to us. If you require a further exchange, CP Aus will charge additional postage to you.


Q. My Item(s) Has Been Returned And I Haven't Yet Heard Back From CP Aus?

The average  time for the clothing and or accessories item(s) to arrive back to CP Aus is around 10 days, depending where you are sending from. However this can take longer as Australian Customs and Quarantine have some of the strictest laws in the world and your return(s) can be held for inspection. We will contact you by email as soon as your exchanged clothing and or accessories item(s) have been dispatched.


Q. What Happens If I Am Sent A Faulty Item(s)?

All of our clothing and accessories undergo strict quality control before leaving the factory, however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item your are required to notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. If you fail to adhere to this requirement we will only accept faulty items at our discretion.
